Jack Davis has been named general manager at Maserati of Baltimore. Jack moves from Maserati of Washington, where he had been a sales advisor since 2004. “Sure, I’ll miss it. I enjoy sales and interacting with people,” Jack says. “But really, that hasn’t changed. I’ll still talk with everyone who comes in. There’s nothing stuffy here. We want people to be comfortable enough just to want to hang out. But we’re serious about the business of high-end vehicles and mean to make a difference in our community. You do that through excellent customer service.”
Jack is an old hand at that; he was practically raised in a showroom. His dad owned dealerships in Ashville NC since the 1940s. But [with the exception of] a seven-year stint with the Navy as a member of an elite SEAL team, Jack has worked all his life at the high end of the car biz, both as an owner and a general manager.
