Baltimore’s INNER HARBOR is in the news again–and this time it’s the skyline making headlines. On a beautiful and balmy Spring evening, the upper echelon residents of Baltimore were treated to a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Architectural Debut.

The event? The opening of the new RITZ CARLTON RESIDENCES, Baltimore’s latest skyline addition… and representatives from Maserati of Baltimore and M.O.B. Exotics was there to join the fun. And guess what? The new LAMBORGHINI BALTIMORE crew came along, too.

With a lovely Ferrari from Mbalt providing the scenery for the press and guests, the representatives from the RITZ CARLTON used our exotic cars as the metaphor and theme for the evening. Discussing the extra mile, superior class and design, and the aesthetic ideals that parallel our companies creedos and the Ritz’ famous history, the event speakers unveiled the residences with flair and panache that truly brought even more style and grace to our already thriving downtown area.

With so many of our customers in common, having Maserati of Baltimore and M.O.B. Exotics provide the street-side decor for this special event was a natural thing. Passersby were treated to a spectacular and star studded view of Lambos, a fleet of Maseratis, and peppering of cars from Rolls Royce and Bentley, too. Offering up resident luxury gathering areas, an inviting indoor spa and pool, and waterfront views to make any boat or city skyline lover drool, the elegant condominiums with a European flair are just exactly what will make our international clients feel right at home (despite the modern Viv and view).

The evenings festivities included special city guest Mayor Sheila Dixon, several hundred of Baltimore city socialites, VIP guests from the press; all were treated to an up close and personal live performance by David Sanborn (Grammy Award Winning Jazz Musician Artist) and his band. The weather was gorgeous, the seafood Chesapeake Bay’s finest, and all of downtown Baltimore was treated to a grand fireworks display to rival patriotic treats offered up on the fourth of July everywhere across the United States nation. As guest of the Ritz, our company team could not have been happier with the events of the evening. Everyone from Maserati of North America who was able to join us had a fabulous time, too.

For more information about the new Ritz Carlton, visit the Ritz Carlton main page by clicking HERE. Tell them Jack Davis, Kae Davis, Alfred Ramos, Vincent Veiga, Brian Myer, and Patrick Valme sent you from Maserati of Baltimore. We are happy to give them our highest recommendation–and even happier to have them making Baltimore’s downtown even more charming starting this 2008 year.

“The CONCORSO: Celebrating the Art of The Automobile”: Mark Your Calendars and Make Your Hotel Reservations NOW to Visit Baltimore September 6-7, 2008

Friends and families of Maserati of Baltimore, M.O.B. Exotics, Lamborghini Baltimore, Maserati of Washington, Ferrari of Washington, and Lamborghini Washington take note! There is a wonderful opportunity coming up this fall to play in traffic with your exotic cars, have a great time, and to raise some money for a very worthy cause–benefiting our soldiers and heroes of the United States Armed Forces through the charitable efforts of the USO Metro non-profit organization.

Saturday September 6th launching from the Maserati of Baltimore location at 1628 York Road in “Lutherville Timonium” [according to most Nav and GPS devices], we’ll be hosting a ROAD RALLY touring the northern Maryland regions and finishing with a touch of magic right back at home from Baltimore’s LITTLE ITALY. The exact course is being determined now, but drivers and co-pilots can expect to visit Maryland’s soaring heights and lush county grounds while they wind their way about the lakes and mountains, returning to the dealership landing spot to have a quick treat from downtown. Offering a fun rally style for everyone, we’ll be rewarding our most attentive teams with some terrific M.O.B. Exotics Race Fan Boutique certificates.

On that same day, later that evening Saturday, September 6, speed and travel fans can head over to the Baltimore Washington Airport Signature Flight Support Terminal area to visit the next leg of the weekend events. Aptly titled, “Wings and Wheels”, participants will get an up close and personal look at all kinds of exotic cars, planes, military vehicles, and private jets. With great assistance from BWI and Signature Flight Support, crowds are sure to be “wowed”. Patrick Moylan, the Signature host, is the gentlemen to meet at this great show!

On Sunday, September 7, 2008, the USO Metro Team will be following through again with a huge CONCORSO event hosted at the POWERPLANT LIVE, making Baltimore’s Inner Harbor an even better looking and sounding venue for car lovers to day or weekend trip for this event. With over 5,000 visitors already expected to attend, you will want to register early to be sure to get your Pit Passes and car placement for this event. As spectators ourselves for this event, we are anxious to see all the cars they have lined up to bring in from car clubs all over the Mid-Atlantic region. We are sure this will be a spectacular “brighter than fireworks” Baltimore event!

For more information about the events of the day and weekend, please visit the USO CONCORSO link by clicking HERE. They are still actively seeking volunteers and event sponsors to help raise money for the USO, so please… if you are interested in participating let them know. As a favor to the event, our staff are also looking for donation items and services for the Silent Auction portion of the event, too. If you know of a person, business, artist, or restaurant that might want to contribute, we’d love to speak with you. [All donated items, staff time, products or services costs are 100% tax deductible and vouchers will be issued through the USO Metro.]

Read on for more information about the history on the event, excerpted from

“The Concorso: Celebrating the Art of the Automobile” is proud to announce our fourth annual event and two days of fund raising, parties, music, and food to benefit the USO, supporting our men and women in uniform. The theme this year is Celebrating the Art of the Automobile and will explore the artistic and sculptural forms of the transportation industry…

Jonathan Kendall started [helping organize car show events] in October of 2005 as a way to raise money to help our community in the Baltimore-Washington area. The first event was attended by about (100) people, (12) cars and a beautiful automotive art display together in Annapolis. 2006 Followed a move to the famous City Dock in Annapolis, (100) people, (25) cars along with Jonathan’s beautiful photographic style of art. In 2007 the event took a huge leap to Little Italy in Baltimore where there were (75) cars and motorcycles, (250) ticket holders, (3000) spectators. This year Jonathan [and partner Dave Born] have chosen to work with the USO as the beneficiary.

Saturday, September 6th starts with a fun “Rally” driving event through the Baltimore County, Maryland countryside… [from Maserati of Baltimore].

Saturday continues with the evening event at the Signature Flight Support “Wings and Wheels” Reception to be held at their modern BWI general aviation facility. Ticket holders will enjoy wonderful assortment of international cuisines, wine and drinks. There will be a silent and live auction to benefit the charities. And the event will feature live entertainment as well as a display of automotive and aircraft art.

Sunday’s event is The Concorso and will be in downtown Baltimore at the Cordish Company’s exciting Power Plant Live located at Market Place and Water Street. Over (100) exotic cars will be on display for the general public to view. There will be a private lounge, Angel’s Rock Bar, where ticket holders will find food and drinks for the afternoon. This will be our formal car judging segment and also include live entertainment, auctions and art displays.

Exotic Car Fans, Future Ferrari Maserati Owners, and Custom Car Show

Originally uploaded by M.O.B. Exotic Car Gallery

Oh yeah… did we forget to tell you? Future Maserati, Ferrari, and Lamborghini owners are welcome at our dealership. We’ve all got kids and are kids at heart, too.

Enter the staff and crew behind the popular online forum We met one of their core groups PRESTIGIOUS INNOVATIONS at the Baltimore Auto Show in 2008 and were so impressed by the ingenuity and professionalism of this young car club that we asked them if they’d like to come to visit our dealership and maybe bring a custom automobile or two down for us to view.

What has grown from this great connection is a wave of youth interest in our exotic motorcars. We’re happy to report we’ll be bringing the group to the dealership parking lot to help us host a “Christmas in July” summer car show, too.

Pimp your ride and wax your stuff. The show will be juried in several categories of custom cars, and winners will even get a ride in a Lamborghini or Maserati from M.O.B. Exotics staff. Why are we doing this (hanging out with Baltimore area youth)? Because we love the art of cars and know that exotic cars are what we’ve dreamed about our whole lives. We get the Unique Whip thing (we love Will Castro just like you). What else can we tell you…

Visit to register your custom ride, offer prize donations, or to let them know you’d like to have a vendor booth at the event.

All Dressed Up and Someplace to Go–Lamborghini Fan Bryan Gibson visits Maserati of Baltimore

Lamborghini Fan Bryan Gibson showcasing his lovely lady friend… in OUR lovely Lady Friend, the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder!

Originally uploaded by M.O.B. Exotic Car Gallery

Lamborghini Fan Bryan Gibson had a special Saturday in mind.

Bryan–a local young college gentleman and aspiring Maserati corporate man, has demonstrated time and time again his dedication and devotion to our dealership. With a deep and abiding love and respect for our exotic car collection, he dressed in his Sunday’s finest and made the journey to visit our dealership with his sweet lady friend.

Showing off his knowledge of our highline performance and luxury supercars to us again, we were super car grateful to talk race shop with him again–and elated to see Bryan had come prepared to visit (by bringing camera in hand). With a happy nod of encouragement from General Manager Jack Davis and with the photography skills of Patrick Valme, we were able to snap this perfect pic in the Lambo Spyder as a thank you to them for being such incredibly fun and enthusiastic fans.

Keep up the great PR work for us by sharing the passion for highline cars, Bryan… and those good grades comin’. We know you have a bright future, and we are especially glad to have you with us… as you know, Ferraris, Maseratis, and Lamborghinis are only as great as the love of their greatest fans. We hope to see you driving one of these darlings in the near future! Until then, keep playing in traffic, friend.

Kindest Regards,

Guest Services and the entire Staff and Crew of Mbalt
